Return/Refund Policy

We want you to love your item. If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will then provide you with instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense.

All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

We hold the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, as such we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.

Exchange Policy

 

We gladly accept exchange for other sizes. Customers need to return the item in their original condition at own expense.

Returned Mail

All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send any replacement packages or offer a refund if the package was returned for the following reason:

1. The address provided by you was not correct

2.The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
